A "Case presentations" section is traditionally provided, where everyone can present and comment on an interesting case from his practice. The session will take place at the end of the first day. Anyone wishing to participate and share their experience should send a request to: info@bavot.org, accompanied by a brief summary of their presentation. The deadline for submitting requests is November 10th.

The participation fee for the seminar is:
- 180 BGLV. for members of BAVOT
- 240 BGLV for non-members of BAVOT
- 100 BGLV for students
The fee does NOT include: a cover for the official dinner, which will be held on November 17th. You will receive details of it on the day of the event.
The methods of payment are:

Please, after completing the bank transfer, send a copy of the payment to info@bavot.org, as well as specify the name of the participant for whom the payment was made. The deadline for payment by bank transfer is November 11th.

For the participants in the seminar are provided preferential prices for accommodation in Park Hotel Vitosha. The price per night in a single room is 45Euro and for a double room is 55Euro. If you would like a reservation, you need to contact us at info@bavot.org and specify your reservation request. The deadline for booking a room at preferential rates is November 1st! Accommodation is limited!
